Tornado!!!!!

i was phoning my parents this morning, they're in Italy, when i heared the alarm!!
in italy we never have tornados so i didn't know was happening!!!
they sent me to the cafeteria, and when i arrived to the corridor near it they told me to sit near the wall with the other students!!
i was soooo confused, and i asked a girl what was happening and why we were here:" oh... it's a tornado, never mind!!!!!" she answered.
the first bell rang but they told us not to move and be sit near the walls!
the cheer leader started to sing, and in few minutes all the corridor were singing and laughing, the teachers too.
i started thinking that i were here since 13 days and i was having a strange adventure like that,sitting near a wall while there were a tornado outside my school!!!!
i was excited, like when i have my first sea bath after a looooong winter (in south italy we love veeery much summer and the sea!!!)
then the second bell rang, but they said that we still have to be near the walls!!!
all the corridor was chatting,listening to music, singing and things like that, none take care of the outside situation!!!
finally another bell rang, and we had to move to our classes, and attended what had left of our first period!!
the day went on like a common day for the others i think, but for me it was really a strange 13th day in the U.S.A.!!!!!
